The materials used for construction are all selected according to their design feature and of their adaptation to the site, with aim to offer to the future owners a perfect comfort.

The frontages are partially covered of natural stones and old wood.

Situation

The chalet L'Ardeve is located on South-Western plot guaranteeing an optimal sunshine and a panoramic sight on the Swiss Alps.

Construction

Masonry is made according to the usual methods of the area. All walls between the living areas, as well as the bathrooms are in gypsum blocks of 8 cm thickness. The flagstones are in reinforced concrete (according to engineer). The external walls on the concrete floors are doubled by blades of fir tree aged with insulation of 100 mm glass wool mattress. At the ground-floor they are doubled of natural stones of the country with insulation of 100 mm glass wool mattress.

The roof is insulated on the glass wool frame from 120 mm. The 12cm thickness floating covering is separated from the flagstone by an insulation of Gopor F 30 20 mm. 1st coat : Goroll T/SE Kraft 3 PE 20 mm in roller. 2nd coat : polyethylene sheet and strip. The cover of the roof is envisaged in natural stones and all tinning, gutter and descent of roof in copper (possibly cover in tavillons).

Lift

Lift of 6 people with telescopic automatic doors with side opening, according to standards 370/10 and glazed northern face.

Heating

The heating of the building is entierely automatic. An external thermostat operates starting or stopping of the installation. The system envisaged is the heating under floor supplied with an oil-fired boiler with hot water production without restriction.

Blinds

All the openings in frontages are sealed by external painted in aluminium, ordered interior by a crank road. Principal frontage, living-room : blinds by electric controls.

Frame

Frame in squared fir tree, rafters and breakdowns in old wooden, panelling in old fir tree drink plated, insulation Isover Luro HDF 614 - 100 mm thick, transfer winds and drips in decorated out-of-date fir tree, vapor barrier Teguvap EP and under-roof in Tégubit bituminizes.
