At the beginning of the Hérens valley, at 1300 meters altitude and only 20 minutes from the Sion, is Nax facing an exceptional panorama. The phrase "Balcon du ciel" (Balcony of the sky) used to describe and locate Nax is not just a poetic. In reality the village has developed on a real balcony (plateau) where you can discover a panorama of amazing beauty and an incredible angle.
